As an award-winning success & entrepreneur coach for women, international speaker, and CEO of GirlGoBeGreat Lifestyle Success Co., I know what it feels like to have to overcome big-time challenges and obstacles and experience what we all fear FAILURE. 

I'm no stranger to overcoming adversity and life challenges. I grew up in poverty, experienced sexual abuse and became a teen mom. I had to find a place to survive and thought I would be a career soldier in the US army, but after 4 years, I decided to come home, raise my (2) children and use my military training to pursue a lucrative career as an operating room nurse. Ultimately, I successfully left the nursing field to pursue entrepreneurship full time. In 2020, I spent 23 days in bed fighting  COVID-19.  At one moment, I thought I would die, but once again, I fought hard and overcame the odds. 

I radically changed the direction of my life, beating the odds, and have been on a DREAM life journey to help other women just like you do the same. 

In my 26 years as an entrepreneur, I've done it all. Starting with my  leap into fulltime real estate, and  working with the top branded companies. Within 3 years, I opened my first firm with my husband and brother.  A few years later, I sold that firm and started a second firm. My company became a household name and in my 17-year real estate career,  I helped thousands of first-time homebuyers and generated more than $33 million in sales.

Then came the 2008 crash, I lost 1 Million Dollars of my company and personal assets. The loss allowed me the opportunity to go for greater things. I  told my story over and over to women, helping her change her life and entrepreneurial dreams into greater ones. 

Today I have gained the prestigious title of award winning success & entrepreneur coach and international speaker, conference host and podcast creator. I have presented to over 10,000 women across a variety of industries in the U.S. and Canada. Ultimately, I've created and grown GirlGoBeGreat Lifestyle Success Co, into what it is today.

In my career as a speaker, lifelong entrepreneur, and Operations Manager of GirlGoBeGreat Lifestyle Success Co, I’ve learned a thing or two about getting the funding it takes to build and sustain a business - AND a lifestyle. 

After graduating from Hampton University (The real H.U. 👀) with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, I was revved and ready to enter into the world of breaking news. Then, after getting a master's degree from Mercer University Atlanta with a degree in Rehabilitation Counseling,  I knew I hit a "good is good enough" place. Naturally, life had other plans.

I chose the the path of entrepreneurship and built a pop-up prom dress shop that generated over 5 figures in 5 months, built other businesses, and continued to go against the grain of what was ‘expected’ of me. 

Now as Operations Manager and Funding Officer, I help other women break the bank, and am ready to help you take your business to another level.
